For Caribbean-Canadians 18 – 65+. Beginner level; no experience required.

May 2 – 30, three days/week (excl May 9 & 23):

  • Wake up: Sun-up Sundays 10 – 10:45 AM EDT
  • Wind down: Tune-up Tuesdays 9 – 9:45 PM EDT
  • Wind down: Therapeutic Thursdays 9 – 9:45 PM EDT

ITINERARY

  • Join the waiting room and turn on webcams (registrants must be visible): 5 – 10 mins before start time
  • Welcome and (optional) share individual intentions for the practice: 5 mins
  • Video-guided yoga practice: 20 mins
  • Video-guided breathwork (deep breathing) practice: 5 mins
  • Fun facts & feedback: 15 mins

Grab a beverage or a snack and join this creative, social meetup for Caribbean-Canadian women (18 – 65+); to converse, connect and have fun!

Participants will be sent the SHARED downloadable sheet to colour (self-guided) during the event; and afterwards, show each other their colouring interpretation. No art/colouring experience necessary.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. Participants are required to provide their own colouring pencils;
  2. Participants must print their own colouring sheet;

1. self-identify as ‘Caribbean-Canadian’; and
2. are SERIOUS about joining the ‘Caribbean-Canadian Identity’ Social Movement; and
3. are SERIOUS about joining the membership www.ourchm.ca/apply/ will collaboratively engage in an ‘action-focused’ dialogue to advance the ‘Caribbean-Canadian Identity’ social movement.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Caribbean-Canadian professionals (18 – 65+) including Young People, Entrepreneurs, Un/Employed, Business Owners, Non-Profit Board Members; are invited to register. $15.00/registrant

Facilitator will guide registrants in setting up or improving their LinkedIn profile and highlight some of the features and functions available on LinkedIn.
